I have 3 different internetsites that are on different servers and sell different products. I needed a Live chat option so my web site guest could ask questions and get instant info.

I did the common Google and Bing search for live discuss programs. The 1st I found was free for a week then the monthly charges would start and go on forever. That was the typical program. Least the programme and pay an a month charge. Some were terribly low cost starting at 45.00 each month while others were just under $100.00 every month.

looking at the web reviews did not help much because you never can say if the review is a real review or merely another internetsite looking for sales based commissions. You know the standard 20-30% for sending a person to the site that turns into a purchase. I do the same but limit my links to products I really use and feel good about advocating.

At the same time I was hunting for astraightforward PHP form programme that would require no learning curve and I found one through Coffee cup software. The form programme is amazing. Simple to use and works perfect every time. They also had a Live discuss for an one-time fee so I gave it a try. It was OK but not what I consider professional level. The largest downside was it took discuss clients to a fresh page for the discuss. If I spend money to bring them to my selling page I need them to stay there in the chat. That alone was a deal wrecker.

I found another program for an one-time purchase fee of almost $50.00 but I had 2nd thoughts about ordering because all excepting one of the customer comment sites recommending the programme didnot have it installed. Lets see twenty web sites announcing how great aprogram is and it is no where to be found on 19 of them.

I was getting ready to give into an a month fee when I found this site. Comm a hundred. Comm a hundred is a site that offers a full feature Live discuss for free . I signed on thinking they would wish to have a Visa card but the question never came up. It is really a free service and on the site it list that all services will continue to be free.
I put it on my jewelry site and it workedgreat. Next on my promotion site with the same excellent results.

I started using the service on my website and it is fantastic. You cut and paste a HTML code into your website and itis readyto be used. Connect to the monitor page and it resides on your desktop till you need it. One option is a knock alert. Itwill knock, yes as if somebody is knocking at your front door when a visitor comes to your site. You may turn that function and monitor by sight only if you prefer. You can then hit a button and send an icon to the page to determine if the individual would like to ask any questions. Another option is do nothing till you hear a ring tone and that implies somebody has asked to attach for a live text or voice chat. Yes its got a voice discuss option built into the programme.

I have been using this programme for about 2 weeks and it has performed great. I am not sure how they make cash because I have not seen any ad banners or up sell features. Iwish some for pay programs would work this well.
